Day 1: -Arrival Jammu – Katra (55 Km / Approx 02 Hours’ Drive)

Arrive Jammu by Train or by Aeroplane. Meet and assist on arrival at Railway Station or at Airport and proceed straight to Karta by Car. Arrive Karta and check in at Hotel & Relax Overnight stay in Karta.

Day 2 : – Mata Vaishnav Devi Darshan

Wake up early in the morning to reach Vaishnodevi on time, have a hearty breakfast, and start your journey towards Mata Vaishno Devi Temple, situated at the Trikuta Mountain Peak at an elevation of about 5,200 feet.It is a 14km trek for which you can either hire ponies and palkies from Banganga (at your own cost) or walk to reach the temple.Stop for lunch at the midway and proceed your journey towards Vaishnodevi.On reaching, shop for all the necessary items required for puja from the local market at Vaishno devi.After puja, aarti and darshan, trek downwards to Katra and reach by late evening.Return back to your hotel, have dinner and an overnight stay in Katra.

Day 3 : –  Katra – Shiv Khori – Katra- Same Day Excursion (70 Km-One way / Approx 03 Hours Drive)

After early breakfast, go for an excursion to Shivkhori temple, which is around 70 kms and takes 3 hrs each way to reach. Shivkhori means the cave of Lord Shiva. While driving to the holy place, you will also visit two holy spots enroute. The first one is Aghar Jitto (6 kms from Katra), which is the shrine of revolutionary Baba Jitto. Next visit the shrine of Nau Deviyan (10 kms from Katra).

On reaching Shivkhori, you will be dropped at the starting point of the yatra to the Shivling which is around 4 kms steep walk. The yatra and darshan can take anytime between 1.5 to 3 hours. After darshan, return back to the starting point and get transferred back to the hotel.

Day 4 :- 03: Katra – Patnitop (80 km/3 hrs drive)

 After Breakfast proceed to Patnitop from Katra. Patnitop is a hill top tourist location in Udhampur district the National Highway 1A on the way from Udhampur to Srinagar Patnitop is a distortion of the ginal name of Patan Da Talaby” meaning Pond of the Princess. In olden times a pond existed in the Meadows and the king’s princess often used to have her bath there. Proceed for local sightseeing which includes Nag Temple and excursion to Nathatop, Overnight stay at hotel in Patnitop.

 Day 5:- Patnitop -Jammu Drop (109Km / Approx 03 Hours’ Drive)

Begin the last day of your tour with a delish breakfast in your hotel at Patnitop. Post breakfast, you will be transferred to the Jammu Airport/Railway station. Board your flight/train back home with fond memories.
